How to help after recent hurricanes and earthquakes

September 21, 2017

Harvey, Irma, Jose, and Maria are names we won’t soon forget. These four hurricanes – plus two of Mexico’s deadliest earthquakes – have hit with such force and quick succession that many communities will take years to rebuild.

Absolute devastation across the Caribbean, record flooding in Puerto Rico, a rising death toll in Mexico, millions without power, and hundreds of billions of dollars in damage across places like Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.

It’s time to dig deep and help.

We are in touch with our community foundation partners and others in each of these locations, and have pulled together the curated list of giving opportunities below. We know that these organizations are directing funds quickly and efficiently to local groups working directly with affected families. Let’s show the world just how generous New Jerseyans are.

They are also working to restore the critical child care and education services that children depend on to get back to being kids.
