Somerset Hills Community Health Foundation Announces Funding Opportunity

December 20, 2023 The Somerset Hills Community Health Foundation (SHCHF) today announced a funding opportunity for projects and programs that promote healthier individuals and communities in Morris and Somerset counties in New Jersey. Grants will be awarded to non-profit organizations whose proposals address one or more of the following Foundation priorities: Enable access to health care Foster independent living at an appropriate level based on the individual’s health situation Support healthcare worker availability and employment The grant application, additional information on Foundation priorities, and a list of past grant recipients are available at www.cfnj.org/somersethills.…
