Eva Turbiner

Eva Turbiner is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Zufall Health, a position she held for more than sixteen years. During her tenure, Zufall expanded from a small single health center in Morris County to a network of eleven clinical sites in seven New Jersey counties, serving 45,000 patients annually.

Ms. Turbiner came to Zufall Health with over 20 years of experience in the health care industry. From 2000 to 2006, she served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hudson River HealthCare, a fourteen-site federally qualified health center in New York’s Hudson Valley. Prior to that, she was President of Palisades Planning Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in planning, business development and project implementation for health care organizations. Her clients included hospitals, community health centers and managed care organizations throughout the U.S.

Ms. Turbiner has served as a board member of both the National Association of Community Health Centers and the New Jersey Primary Care Association, advocating to ensure that health justice and access to quality health services for all remain a strategic local, state and national focus. Ms. Turbiner currently heads the Health Center Advisory Board for the National Center for Health in Public Housing. During her career, she has had served as an advisor to numerous health care-related organizations, including the. Hastings Center for Bioethics, Advisory Committee on Immigrant Health and the New Jersey Department of Health, Integrated Health Advisory Panel.

Ms. Turbiner holds BA and MA degrees from Temple University.
