CFNJ’s Jordan Glatt joins Great Swamp Watershed Association board

January 26, 2019

We are pleased to share that our own Jordan Glatt has recently joined the Great Swamp Watershed Association’s Board of Trustees.

The Great Swamp Watershed Association (GSWA) is dedicated to protecting and improving the water resources of the Passaic River region, from the Great Swamp headwaters to Newark Bay, for present and future generations. Through education, advocacy, science, land preservation, and stewardship, in collaboration with partners, GSWA works to instill in communities an awareness of water’s effect on health and the beauty of the environment, from source to sea.

As director of Strategic Partnerships at the Community Foundation of New Jersey, Jordan Glatt works with corporations, entrepreneurs, and families to design charitable vehicles that deliver impact in New Jersey communities. Previous to his work with the Community Foundation, he was president of Magla Products, a $90 million consumer products company. A graduate of Drew University, where he later served as a trustee, Glatt is a former two-term mayor of Summit and served as an at-large councilman in the town. He was recently appointed by Governor Phil Murphy as co Shared Services Czar alongside GSWA’s Chair Nicolas Platt of Harding Township. He resides in Springfield with his wife.
