Field Trip New Jersey announces latest round of funding

August 29, 2018

The Field Trip New Jersey fund is opening its 2018-2019 application process, with additional funding available for field trips taking place during the upcoming school year. Whether you have received funding for field trip transportation in the past or you are hearing about this for the first time, be sure to take advantage of this unique opportunity for your students.

Click here to apply. The deadline for applications is October 15th, with grant announcements expected in mid-November.

All public and charter K-12 schools in New Jersey with more than 65 percent of students eligible for free or reduced price lunches are eligible to apply. Grants from Field Trip New Jersey are intended to cover the transportation costs of trips. For additional detail, click for the Grant Guidelines.

We could not have helped facilitate so many field trips in the past two years – including to places like the Liberty Science Center, Atlantic County Park, and Ellis Island – without the generous support of our fundholders and partner organizations, including the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, the Victoria Foundation, the Henry and Marilyn Taub Foundation, the PSEG Foundation, and the New Jersey Historical Commission.
