Bergen and Passaic Summer 2022 Program

Field Trip New Jersey helps school children in underserved communities across New Jersey connect classroom learning with real-life experiences by providing transportation funding for school trips to arts and culture, historical landmarks, nature preserves, science institutions, and college campuses. Thanks to a generous grant from the Henry & Marilyn Taub Foundation, Field Trip New Jersey funding will now also be available to Bergen and Passaic County-based nonprofit organizations for the Summer of 2022.

Nonprofit organizations serving young people in Bergen and Passaic Counties, such as daycare centers and summer camps, may apply for grants of up to $800 to cover transportation costs for field trips.

Grant applications for Summer 2022 field trips are being accepted through July 15, 2022 on a rolling basis. The first round of grant announcements are expected in June 2022.
