Morristown, NJ, October 31, 2025 — The Community Foundation of New Jersey (CFNJ) announced today the appointment of Paul Di Maio, President & CEO of Delta Dental of New Jersey and Delta Dental of Connecticut, to its Board of Trustees.
He previously served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Delta Dental before being promoted to President & CEO in January of this year. Delta Dental of New Jersey and Delta Dental of Connecticut are part of the Delta Dental Plans Association, which has been the nation’s leading provider of dental benefits for more than 70 years.
“Paul’s commitment to growth, innovation, and community throughout his executive career and service to various local and nonprofit organizations make him a phenomenal addition to the board,” said Harry O’Mealia, Chairman of CFNJ’s Board of Trustees. “We look forward to counting on his expertise and counsel as CFNJ continues to steward our fundholders’ philanthropic legacies, while making a greater collective impact on issues that matter to all of us.”
In addition to serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal and Northern New Jersey and as Chair of its Governance Committee, Paul is also on the board of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, has been active on the Mendham Township School Board, serves as Vice President of the Delta Dental of New Jersey Foundation, and received the NJBIZ 2021 Leaders in Law Award.
