Should I stop being charitable in New Jersey if I’ve moved out of state?

It’s a question we get more often than you think, in part due to tax laws in New Jersey that were once confusing. But as we reported last year, those laws have been clarified and the answer is an easy one: you do not have to stop being charitable in New Jersey, even if you’ve established your residency elsewhere.
