Since 1979, CFNJ has worked with countless fundholders and partners to identify areas of need that would benefit from their generosity. They have collectively given over $835 million to causes they care about in the past 10 years alone. 

Many of our funds solicit contributions for important causes in the community, and you’re welcome to review the list and give online. You can also contribute other types of assets. Learn more by reading our Ways to Give fact sheet below.

Please note if you’re donating stock, a corporate bond, or other marketable securities, it’s important that we’re notified about the details of the donation. This ensures that the correct fund is credited without delay. Please contact Stephen Furai or Lydia Gracey at 973.267.5533 with details (ticker symbol, the number of shares, the donor’s name, and the name of the CFNJ fund that’s receiving the proceeds). The Community Foundation sells stocks upon receipt unless instructed otherwise, and we can securely send DTC instructions for making your donation.
