Morristown, NJ, September 11, 2026 — The Community Foundation of New Jersey (CFNJ) announced today the appointment of three new members to its Board of Trustees — Kevin Casey of Peapack Private Bank & Trust, Dr. Tania Mason-Eastmond of Clover Health, and Nikki Sumpter of Atlantic Health.
Kevin currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Managing Principal at Peapack Private Bank & Trust, where he is the Head of Sales and Relationship Management. In his role, he leads the organization’s business development efforts, growth initiatives, and profitability, while also supporting its wealth advisors in delivering unparalleled service, solutions, and satisfaction to clients.
Tania is a board-certified pediatrician and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in clinical medicine, public health, and healthcare leadership. She is the Senior Medical Director at Clover Health, where she provides executive oversight for Utilization Management and leads the Medical Director team in advancing evidence-based, patient-centered care for Medicare Advantage members.
And Nikki — who is the Executive Vice President and Chief People and Administrative Officer at Atlantic Health — leads human resources, consumer experience, marketing and communications, philanthropy, sustainability, and ESG strategy for one of the nation’s leading health systems. She has also focused on connecting mission, people, and community impact throughout her career.
“Tania is known for her passion for creating healthcare systems that are accessible, equitable, and centered on improving the lives of patients and their families, while Kevin has expertise in collaborating closely with wealth advisors and creating innovative investment solutions. And our newest trustee, Nikki, is well-versed in focusing on community impact, improving communities, and enhancing consumer experience,” said Harry O’Mealia, Chairman of CFNJ’s Board of Trustees. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome these three esteemed leaders in their respective fields. Their expertise will help ensure that the Community Foundation thrives in the future.”
