C-Suite Portal Guidelines for Fundholders

A redesigned fundholder portal system will debut on April 1, 2025, so we’re providing guidelines to help smooth your transition to using the updated platform. Although the user experience and appearance will be different in the secure portal, you can still manage your fund online, see your fund balance, view past grants, and more. The portal is available 24 hours a day.

You can download the guidelines, review instructions on setting up your account, or watch a video tutorial of the old portal system for a general overview below. Setting Up Your Account

If you’re accessing the portal for the first time as a new user without a password, you should’ve received an email with a temporary pin code from “Community Foundation of New Jersey <no-reply@fcsuite.com>. Note that this code will expire after six minutes. Once you log in with your email address on the Portal Log-in Page, you will be prompted to enter your pin code. You should then access your profile page to set up your password.

To access the portal at any time, visit cfnj.org and click “Fund Login” in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. If you have a fund with the Community Foundation of South Jersey, visit communityfoundationsj.org and click “My Fund”.

Please Note: The system will only allow you to log in with a temporary pin code if you don’t already have a password set up for your account. If you have a password, log into your account by entering your username and current password. If you need to reset your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” button and follow the instructions.
