Newark Guaranteed Income Fund

The findings of Newark’s guaranteed income report confirm what the coronavirus pandemic has underscored: Americans need more cash. This is particularly true for Newark residents. In the past twenty years, Newark’s median income has declined by 10% and it is significantly lower than the national rate.

To ensure that residents have increased financial stability, the City of Newark is moving forward with the recommendations of our Guaranteed Income Task Force. Please consider supporting this effort and helping Newark residents become more resilient and financially secure.
