Somerset Hills Community Health Foundation Announces Funding Opportunity

December 20, 2023 The Somerset Hills Community Health Foundation (SHCHF) today announced a funding opportunity for projects and programs that promote healthier individuals and communities in Morris and Somerset counties in New Jersey.
